The track
You join the platform team that powers the Winamp player and Winamp for Artists. You design, build and run the services that stream, sync and pay: catalogs, playlists, fan payments and royalties.
What you'll do
- Design and ship APIs used by the player apps and the artist dashboard
- Keep services fast, observable and reliable as usage grows
- Work closely with product, design and mobile engineers
- Review code, share knowledge and help shape our technical choices
What you bring
- Several years building and running backend services in production
- Solid experience with relational databases and API design
- Care for clean, tested code and pragmatic architecture
- Good English; French or Dutch is a plus
Bonus points
- Experience with audio, streaming or payments
- You still have a favourite Winamp skin
